MDM has set a middle-long term goal since its establishment: becoming “with doctor for patient” the firm of reference in its own therapeutic areas, improving the existing products and inventing the new. We have succeeded to obtain high quality products with an undisputed efficiency at very limited costs.
One of our main goals we engage is that of an essential communication as qualifying and distinguishing element of the new reality MDM. The strategies, enacted by the MDM top management to achieve it, schedule a wide role of refresher professional courses, a careful and wise territorial distribution of “informers” and a quality of communication that let a set of initiative destined to put MDM beside the doctor, cooperating with him to the perusing and solution of health problems of patients.
In MDM we have organised and planned an investment aimed to the development of communication with medical class, that must be more direct and interactive, as emerged from a corporate research.
All new techniques of communication, both of information and audiovisual type, will be used to emphasize the lines of products of absolute interest.
A specific regard is dedicated to relationships with pharmacies, because MDM recognise to the pharmacist an important role of monitoring the patient.
Improving the strength of cooperation with the main health actors, in the perspective of a reciprocal development, is another one goal we engage. To achieve it, since many years MDM has developed partnerships with important universities, Italian and foreign, and firms with which it has been developing projects for new molecules and for the improvement of that already in commerce.
