In early 90s, a very concentrated group of Italian managers with high experiences in pharmaceutical fields had a bright intuition: they created a firm with a very flexible organizational structure, that would have been able to adapt itself to an external context characterized by an increasing complexity and changing.

Above these ideas, MDM was born and developed; at the beginning, exploiting the cooperation relationships between charter members, pharmaceutical multinationals and main national firms, and afterwards developing a specific Know-How, that led MDM to realize a set of efficient and steady therapeutic garrisons, in many therapeutic areas of reference (neurogeriatrics, orthopaedics, rheumatology and physio-therapy). These garrisons have been able to satisfy doctor requirements and those of the common client: the patient.
